FRANKLIN EveIine Peacefully at Withybush Hospital on Thursday, July 20th 2023, Eveline Joyce Franklin, Y Storws, St. Dogmaels aged 91 years. Beloved partner of the late Graham, much loved mother of Neville, Frances and the late Paul, dear grandmother of Mark, Michael, Jon and Tabitha.
