McDowall Bill McDowall Bill passed away peacefully at his home, Fronfelen, Talgarreg, Llandysul, on Friday, 6th January 2023, at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of Enid and very much-loved father of Gill, Jackie and David. Also, he was a grandfather to seven and a great-grandfather to nine children. He will be very much missed by all. An open service will be held at Pisgah Chapel "Talgarreg" on Saturday, January 21, at 12.00 midday. Family flowers only, but donations, if desired, to the "Breath Easy" c/o Lewis Funeral Services, Penrhiw-Pal, Rhydlewis
