SMART Noreen Peacefully at Glangwili Hospital on Saturday, February 13, 2021, Noreen Joan Smart, 6 Waungiach, Llechryd aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Brian, much loved aunt of Stephen and David, proud great-aunt of Thomas, Isabelle, Philip and Nicola, great-great aunt of Abigail and Evie.
