Baum Patricia Mary ( Pat ) Peacefully after a short illness at Glangwili Hospital on Sunday, August 23rd ,Pat of Dolawel, Bryn Hafod, Cardigan, devoted wife of David, loving mother of Andrew, Richard & Sarah, respected mother in law of Bethan, proud grandmother of Martha, Hanna and Dewi. Private funeral service at Park Gwyn Crematorium Narberth on Wednesday September 2nd at 2:30pm.
