HOLDSWORTH Hazel Peacefully at her home on Sunday, April 8, 2018, Hazel Holdsworth, 15 Parc-y-Delyn, Parcllyn, Aberporth aged 90 years. Much loved mother of Philip and Alison, respected mother-in-law of Russell, proud 'Grandma' of Bobby, Rosie, Ian and Sarah, cherished great-grandmother of Jack. Public funeral service on Friday, April 13 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 10.00 am.
