The 23rd Ras Frenni, Crymych, will take place on Friday, July 18.
The race starts and finishes in Canolfan Hamdden Crymych Leisure Centre at 7 pm.
The eight mile course goes through Crymych, Hermon, Glogue, Tegryn and back to Crymych.
Entry is £9 (£7 if affiliated to Welsh Athletics)

Good prizes and goody Bags will be on offer, all welcome to run, watch and support.
